At Shelburne Insurance Agency, an independently owned Allstate office, we are seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our sales team. The role of an Insurance Sales Executive is essential for providing our community with coverage to protect their family, home, vehicles, and other valuable assets.

Insurance Sales Executives are at the forefront of our agency sales efforts. Core responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, recommending customized insurance solutions, and closing policies to achieve sales goals. Requirements:
> Must obtain Property & Casualty license and complete Allstate agency training programs. 

Sales consultations:
        - Demonstrate ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
        - Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital marketing. 
        - Conduct assessments to understand clients' insurance needs and customize policies based on preference, budget, and value.

Policy service:
        - Take inbound calls and complete client requests for policy adjustments, questions, claims, payments, etc.

Dependability:
        - Reliable presence required in office 9am-5pm. PTO is allotted along with reasonable flexibility.
        - Manage time efficiently, adapt to changing market and client needs, work independently (aside from regular team meetings and 1 on 1 guidance).

Achieve Goals:
        - Finalize insurance contracts ethically and compliantly to meet monthly sales goals.
        - Ensure client retention by actively following up with clients to renew policies and explore additional coverage options.

Compensation:
        - Base salary + UNLIMITED commission and bonuses dependent on sales results.
        - Comprehensive workplace benefits (does not include health insurance).

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty insurance license(s) in Virginia.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven track record of success in sales and/or customer service roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and resilience.
Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks effectively.
Commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
