Outside Sales Associate.

General Description: This position will focus on selling Beliveau Farm wine and  event venue space. The candidate we are looking for will love working independently and being able to structure their work schedule as per the needs of their sales initiatives. They will enjoy building their clientele through phone calls, cold calls and visits to colleges, businesses, and organizations; and attending local networking events.  They will be self-motivated, tenacious, and creative in their sales efforts.
Wine: Beliveau Farm Winery produces award winning wines.  This position will introduce our wines to prospective customers for the purpose of converting introductions to sales.
Event Venue Space:  Beliveau Farm Winery has multiple event spaces: Small rooms for bridal or baby showers or a private catered in dinner; Event Center space that can accommodate up to 150 people for weddings, holiday parties, company retreats; and outside spaces that can accommodate large school or family reunions.    This position will make all aspects of the community aware of these spaces for the purpose of converting introductions into selling rental space.
Compensation: This is a commission focused position.  A minimum stipend plus commission will be offered and discussed at the time of interview.  There is unlimited earning potential for the candidate who wants to put in the self-motivated effort to build their sales business.
Company Support:  Beliveau Farm will support sales efforts with printed literature such as brochures, business cards, marketing giveaways such as logoed pens or lavender sachets.  The use of a computer and office space will be offered if needed.  A company e-mail will be set-up. Beliveau Farm will work with the Outside Sales Associate to discuss their sales initiatives and to help with structuring marketing campaigns.
