We're seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment while also possessing the ability to work independently.  The ideal candidate lives in the New River Valley area and embodies a "people-first" mentality, always willing to lend a helping hand.  A passion for wildlife and nature, coupled with a curious and analytical mind that enjoys problem-solving, is a plus.  This permanent part-time role requires the ability to manage a flexible schedule and consistently approach challenges with a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Gear Handling: Receive and process equipment orders. This includes extensive standing, walking, and sitting.
• Gear Preparation: Assemble and package gear according to strict company guidelines (Meridian specifications). You will be lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all equipment using a designated system. This involves tracking incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Order Management: Analyze inventory levels and place orders to ensure sufficient stock.
• Gear Reconditioning: Restore and refurbish returned equipment for resale.
• Communication & Order Verification: Manage email correspondence to verify new orders and confirm equipment receipts.
• Meetings: Attend mandatory meetings and conference calls.
