Customer Service Advisor
Greeting customers by phone, virtual connections and in person.
Taking payments, providing policy documents, filing claims and making minor policy changes.
Interacting with a variety of insurance carriers, realtors, dealership and mortgage companies.
Excellent verbal and written communication and computer knowledge are required.
Advisors are public facing team members during normal business hours and on random occasion represent the company in out of office/after-hours events.
Professional presentation both in person on/off working hours and personally in social media.
No insurance experience necessary, must pass the insurance licensing exam, exam process paid by Northpoint.
Willingness to work from any of our three locations: Blacksburg, Salem, or Dublin.
