Customer Experience Coordinator

Dance.tech is seeking a confident and creative individual to make a difference in our studio community. This position would be perfect for a new mom or someone who has left the school system! 

Monday-Friday 3:00-7:00 pm (20 hours/week) or 12:00-7:00 pm (35 hours/week)
Training begins in May!

Typical Weekly Tasks:
  • Develop relationships with dancers and families
  • New client onboarding
  • Develop internal spirit weeks, festive decor, and more
  • Payment processing
  • Proofing and emailing internal newsletters/handouts
  • Calls and emails
  • Faculty follow-up and communication
  • Create and implement social media marketing campaigns
  • Shirt, swag, trophies, etc. orders
