University Bookstore Homecoming 5K Run/Walk
Lace up your running or walking shoes for some fun competition. Open to VT patrons and the public. 1-Mile Fun Run begins at 12pm, 5K begins at 1pm. Starts and finishes at Margaret Beeks Elementary School. Online registration closes at noon on Thursday, Oct. 2nd. Packet pick-up at 142 McComas Hall starts Friday, Oct. 3rd at 8am and closes at 5pm, then re-opens at Margaret Beeks Elementary School on Sunday at 9am. Sponsored by the University Bookstore & the Volume Two Bookstore.

Directions: To reach Margaret Beeks Elementary School, from S. Main Street in Blacksburg (heading towards Christiansburg, near Kroger), turn right onto Country Club Drive (towards Virginia Tech campus), then turn left onto Airport Road. Parking is free and available at the second entrance into the Elementary School.
Fees/Admission
Early Registration prices are: $5=1-Mile Fun Run, $15=5K and $20 for both races. Late Registration is $10=1-Mile Fun Run and $20=5K and $30 for both.
