This dynamic session is designed for nonprofit executives, fundraising professionals, board members, and mission-driven business owners who want to stop spinning their wheels and start generating real results—whether that’s raising more dollars, gaining more visibility, or driving deeper engagement.
Attendees will walk away with practical strategies they can implement immediately to build trust, increase revenue, and communicate with confidence.  

Holly Kobia is a nationally respected fundraising strategist and founder of Kobia Consulting, with more than two decades of experience in communications and philanthropy. She’s helped nonprofits across the country raise over $100 million—including many 7- and 8-figure gifts—through bold strategy, compelling messaging, and donor-centered campaigns. Her background includes leading advancement teams at Virginia Tech, serving in senior leadership at a national nonprofit, and working as a TV anchor and reporter at WDBJ7 in Roanoke. Today, she helps CEOs, boards, and fundraising teams sharpen their vision, elevate their strategy, and dramatically grow giving.  She and her husband Micah also own a local gym, Fit Body Boot Camp, in Blacksburg.
