Allan Tsang is presenting a workshop on the techniques, methodology, approaches, and secrets that he uses to advise and coach executives and consultants. This time, it's a 2-day, intensive, interactive workshop for both new and veteran leaders. •How to prevent being strung along by a prospect, when to walk away without feeling like a quitter, and how to re-establish a business relationship that ended on a sour note
•How to ask the right question to move a complex negotiation forward to a conclusion
