MC 2025 Buy Local Business Expo / Job Fair / Food Truck Rodeo

On October 9th, from 1PM- 6:00 PM, the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce will partner with the Christiansburg Recreation Center to host a business expo and job fair. The event will also have a farmer's market and showcase several food truck venders.
This community event will have a significant impact on economic development by bringing together local businesses, job seekers and industry leaders. The event fosters valuable networking opportunities and strengthens the region’s business ecosystem. For local companies, the expo provides a platform to showcase products, services, and innovations, which can attract customers and investors, spurring economic growth. Simultaneously, the job fair connects jobs seekers with employers addressing workforce development needs by facilitating recruitment and helping individuals find meaningful employment. This creates more dynamic labor market, boost regional prosperity and supports the long term and competitiveness of the local economy.
