For companies to effectively navigate the new business landscape and successfully lead their teams in 2023 and beyond; leaders must shift their focus from transactional management to transformational leadership.

Hear from Wendy Glass, Certified Executive Coach, as she shares the differences between managing and leading. We will explore how to lead with intention by focusing on leadership disciplines, behaviors, and actions that impact your organization’s culture.

You will learn ways to maximize your capacity by taking control of your day using proven strategies to manage your time and priorities more effectively. We’ll end the session by discovering purpose-driven leadership behaviors that will improve employee engagement, create loyalty, and increase employee retention.

Your speaker is Wendy Glass, Chief Executive Officer of Ignite Leadership Consulting Group LLC is SWVA’s Business Leader’s Coach and leadership development expert. She brings over 17 years of experience helping organizations accelerate their journey to excellence, using evidence-based and purpose-driven leadership principles to develop leaders’ personal effectiveness. She has held executive leadership positions in healthcare and on state, local government, and non-profit boards.
