Holiday Pops Concert
The Blacksburg Community Band, the Blacksburg Community Strings, the Blacksburg Children’s Chorale, and guest vocalists present traditional, popular, and novel holiday music. Musical numbers include Leroy Anderson’s seasonal favorite, Sleigh Ride; A Chanukah Celebration (Bobrowitz & Soper); and medleys of familiar tunes. The concert is December 16, 4pm, in the Commonwealth Ballroom, Squires Student Center. The event is free. Join the performers for a reception after the concert.
