Healthy Kids Day

This year on April 25th, the YMCA at Virginia Tech will celebrate the 34th anniversary of Healthy Kids Day®, a national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids.

Healthy Kids Day® is a free“ Summer Kick-off” event including a 1-mile fun run, enrichment activities, fun-filled games, interactive demonstrations and a healthy focus on family life! The YMCA Food Truck will also be on site. The event will also be promoting local summer programs and activities for children, encouraging them to remain active throughout the summer months.  

At the YMCA Lancaster House - 403 Washington St SW., Washington St. Blacksburg. 

Free public parking for Healthy Kids Day is available at Cassell Coliseum Lots 1,2,3,5 & 8.
