Diversity Expert to speak

New River Valley Community Services, Virginia Tech to host renowned diversity expert on April 28

Dr. Roosevelt Thomas, renowned diversity expert and consultant to numerous Fortune 500 companies, will be the featured guest speaker at a regional diversity workshop on Wednesday, April 28, 2010. The event, which is being conducted at The Inn at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Dr. Thomas' visit to the New River Valley is being co-sponsored by New River Valley Community Services (NRVCS) and Virginia Tech?s Office of Multicultural Programs and Services.

The workshop is open to interested business and community leaders, members of the university community and private citizens. Registration fee for the event is $99.00 per person (not including lunch). Please note that seating is limited and the deadline for registration is Friday, April 16.
