Beginner's Yoga Series
Have you been saying, “I should try yoga,” but worry you’re not flexible—or that you’re “not the yoga type”? This series is made for you. You’ll move at a comfortable pace, learning foundational poses, simple flows, breathwork, sun salutations, balance, and restorative postures. Everything is designed so beginners feel confident and supported from the very first session. And if it’s been a while since you’ve practiced, or you’re returning after a break, this series is the perfect way to ease back in. Your series includes: Two small-group sessions Instructor-led guidance on posture, breath, and safety Studio walkthrough & yoga etiquette Confidence-building movement practice Introduction to props, flows, alignment, and modifications A warm, welcoming environment where beginners feel at ease Two weeks of unlimited classes afterward to help you build a routine This is yoga for real people...Come exactly as you are. Session 1: July 11th 2:00-4:00 Session 2: July 12th 2:00-3:30 You will automatically be signed up for both sessions!
