Ignite Leadership & HR Consulting Group is an Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and HR Consulting Firm located in Christiansburg.
 
Ignite was founded in 2021 by Wendy Glass. Wendy spent 17 years in the HR profession, with the last 10 of those at the executive leadership level with a Fortune 500 company. She is passionate about working with high performing leaders and organizations, helping them on their journey to excellence by providing effective coaching and consulting. She also enjoys supporting leaders and organizations with their HR strategy, culture, engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion efforts.

We offer Executive Leadership Coaching by a Certified Executive Coach, Leadership Development for large and small organizations and HR Consulting. As part of their HR consulting work, they partner with organizations on needs ranging from large HR strategic planning and structure projects to assisting with short term needs such as Total Rewards program review & design, EEOC investigations, etc.

Wendy is a SC native but has lived in Montgomery County for over 23 years. Her husband, John is a retired Blacksburg Police Lt., and they enjoy calling the NRV home for several reasons, with the most impactful being this is where their children and grandchildren call home.
 
When not spending time with their family, Wendy and John enjoy motorcycling, Alabama Football and traveling.
