The Mama Movement Change-Maker Meeting

Calling all professional and entrepreneur MAMAS: 

Change Makers have a desire to enrich their lives and community through the natural passion within them (art, music, leadership, education, business, politics, medical field, organization, and the list goes on and on!) 

Our topic will be "Short, Easy, & Practical Ways to Reconnect to Your Body." Mims Driscoll, owner and director of Living Mangaliso, will teach us why reconnecting to our body allows us to be more mindful and productive when it comes to pursuing our passion and lifes work. In addition, we learn ways to incorporate easy meditations and yoga into our busy lives. 

We will also be networking and brainstorming ways to pursue your passion while mothering, and be encouraged as a mom and as a change maker. Children are welcome to join the meeting. Please bring a "brown bag" dinner for yourself (and kids) and we will meet while we eat. See you there!
