Excella Consulting’s Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) training course focuses on the Product Owner Role and covers concepts in the areas of providing a vision, requirements, planning, story maps, innovation games, product backlog grooming and prioritization, splitting stories, forecasting and tracking. These concepts are presented in a highly interactive and collaborative format with elements of lecture, classroom discussion, exercises, games, and video interwoven throughout the class.

User Story Maps and Innovation Games®

The techniques include both open-ended and more focused methods for achieving actionable insights and results.
