Chamber Food Drive with Feeding Southwest Virginia

Help us support local families through the Montgomery County Chamber Food Drive. Members, businesses, and community partners are encouraged to participate and help us make an impact together!

Now through noon on Friday, July 10, donations of canned goods and non-perishable food items will be accepted at the Montgomery County Chamber office. All donations received will go toward supporting MCEAP, the Agape Center of the NRV, and local individuals and families facing food insecurity.

Right here in Montgomery County, 10,520 individuals face food insecurity. That means 10.6% of our county’s population is unsure of where their next meal may come from, and 1 in 7 children are at risk of going without food. A single donation can help stock local shelves, support trusted community organizations, and make a meaningful difference for neighbors in need.
