Center for the Barks Howl-O-Ween Parade
Get ready for the cutest kind of spooky. In the days leading up to Halloween, the Patricia Buckley Moss Lawn transforms into a festive runway for costumed dogs and their people. We’re celebrating creativity, community, and every good dog in between. Friendly, leashed dogs and all ages are welcome.
