Anthem administers similar plans in five other states.\n\nSmall businesses in Montgomery County can only take advantage of the WiseChoice Healthcare Alliance through their membership in the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. They must also have 2-50 employees and be headquartered in Anthem's Virginia service area.
