DESCRIPTION:The Warm Hearth Foundation and LewisGale Hospital Montgomery present the 2018 Parrot Strut 5K Trail Run/Walk. Come out and strut your tail feathers to raise funds for seniors in need of housing and health care at Warm Hearth Village!\n\n\n\nThe 2018 Parrot Strut will take place Saturday\, October 13th on the Warm Hearth Village campus. The 5K will begin at 9:00AM and the 1-mile run/walk will begin at 9:45AM. You can register here: https://runsignup.com/Race/VA/Blacksburg/ParrotStrut5kTrailRunWalk \n\n\n\nRefreshments courtesy of LewisGale Hospital Montgomery will be available following the race. Dogs are welcome on leashes\, and owners are responsible for associated clean-up.\n\n\n\nRegistration is open through 8:45AM the morning of the race\, but the deadline to guarantee your free race tee shirt is September 26\, 2018. Race packets will be available for pickup at the Warm Hearth Village Center\, 2387 Warm Hearth Drive\, Blacksburg\, Friday\, October 12 from 12-6pm and starting at 8am on race day.\n\n\n\nThe top three overall male and female winners of the 5K will receive medals.
