Availability is based upon cancellations with current attendees.\n\n\n\nWe are thrilled and excited to invite you to the 2025 Chamber Annual Meeting! Since the formation of the Chamber\, the Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner is a great way to celebrate the success and accomplishments of our members during the year. With the event being our largest of the year with over 400 guests in attendance\, be sure to purchase tickets and tables in advance.\n\n\nSchedule of Events:\n\n4:45 pm | Doors open for check-in\n\n5:00 pm | Cocktail hour begins and check-in continues\n\n5:45 pm | Relocate to ballroom\n\n6:00 pm | Opening remarks and dinner\n\n\n	Cocktail hour will begin promptly at 5:00 pm and the seating of guests for the evening will begin at 5:45 pm. All guests should be seated promptly at 6:00 for opening remarks.\n	To ensure a smooth check-in procedure\, please know your company name that you are registered under. This information is required at the time of check-in.\n	If you are not seated at a reserved table\, you will be able to choose from open seating in the ballroom. Reserved seating for tables will be clearly marked with a sign on the table.\n	If you are unsure of which company you are registered under\, please reach out to the Chamber staff no later than Wednesday at noon.\n	Our staff will be checking-in attendees based on alphabetical order by company name and handing out each attendee two beverage tickets at the time of check-in. \n	The two beverage tickets can be used at the bars located in the ballroom or foyer-area. If you would prefer a drink that is not served at the bars inside the ballroom\, you may purchase a cocktail at the Continental Divide\, next to Preston's Restaurant.\n	Dress attire for the evening is semi-formal.\n\n\nA waiting list will begin if the event is sold out. Be sure to add your name to the waitlist if you didn't purchase tickets earlier.
