DESCRIPTION:LEADING WOMEN WORKSHOP: SUCCESS AND SETTING BOUNDARIES\n\nSuccess and Setting Boundaries will be the subject of the 3rd Quarter Leading Women Workshop hosted by the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. Feedback from the members indicates that women are over-stressed and burn-out as the result of not saying no.\n\n \n\nNichole Williams\, a professional business and life coach with Empower Leadership\, shared that "women who set and maintain healthy boundaries tend to feel more centered. Centering or grounding is like a tree sinking roots into the ground to remain strong and secure in a storm. Setting boundaries allows individuals to strengthen their center and respond in healthier and more positive ways".\n\n \n\n\nThe Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce is proud to host a workshop for professional women on July 28 from 3:30-5:00 pm at the Holiday Inn NRV Mall (99 Bradley Drive Christiansburg).\n\n \n\n**There is limited seating available for this program. The cost to attend is $10 for members and $40 for non-members.  You must register and pay prior to the event.\n\n \n\nThe Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce\, serves Blacksburg\, Christiansburg and all of Montgomery County\, supports approximately 700 local businesses through educational\, marketing\, and networking opportunities.\n\n \n\nPlease register online.
