DESCRIPTION:Your Chamber is hosting a luncheon at the Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center on Wednesday\, June 19 from 11:30 am-1:30 pm. \n\n\n\nRoss Mecham\, the Director of Organizational Excellence at Virginia Tech\, will be our keynote speaker. Mecham is an expert in leadership training and organizational development\, and has designed and delivered management consulting for a variety of organizations.  \n\n\n\nWe are thrilled to recognize how you stand out among the 4\,000 businesses in our community and announce the winners from a select group of nominees.  \n\n\n\nThe selection process was designed by The Consulting Group at Virginia Tech and approved by the Chamber's Board of Directors and The New River Valley Society of Human Resources Managers. Companies were ranked and selected through a weighted survey that included both leader and employee participation.
