April Adult Learn to Swim Month Lessons

April is Adult Learn to Swim Month, and thanks to a grant from The Swimming Saves Lives Foundation, the charitable arm of US Masters Swimming, the Christiansburg Aquatic Center is pleased to offer adult swimming lessons on Saturday mornings from 10 - 11 a.m.  Feel free to stay and practice what you have learned when the pools open at 11 a.m. 
 
By participating in this program, you will receive a pair of goggles at your first lesson, and other Swimming Saves Lives goodies at the conclusion of the three lessons.
 
For these lessons, US Masters Swimming volunteers join our CAC instructor staff to help share their love of swimming and give back to the sport.
 
These lessons are targeted for those who have never participated in our Adult Learn to Swim lessons in the past.  A free 30 day trial membership to US Masters Swimming covers insurance to participate in this program.
